SUP Yoga Gentle Flow W/Meditation

This class is for all-levels of yogis and paddlers! Classes run an hour and a half, please arrive ten minutes early to sign waivers! We begin all of our classes with an on-land demo and SUP 101 to ensure everyone is comfortable with their equipment before ever getting on the water. We will then paddle to our calm location where we anchor together to experience a grounding yet calming flow. During our practice we will connect with our three part, Dirga Pranayama to deepen our practice. Our class will enjoy a longer savasana with your hands dangling in the water, connecting with your planet. After practice, we will finish with a paddle cool down to our launch spot. Sunset SUP Yoga

SUP Yin Yoga

Maybe you’ve heard of mat yin yoga? In paddle board yin yoga our class will hold supported poses 2-3 minutes, moving slowly while releasing stress and focusing on our breath work (pranayama). During our longer yoga pose holds, the waves will gently rock you deeper into the stretch! Holding poses longer will help gently release the connective tissue, ligaments, and fascia. This quiet and calm practice will leave you feeling refreshed and focused. Class rate runs $30 for an hour and a half. We start all classes with sup 101 (getting familiar with the board and paddle strokes) and head to the water for our paddle warm-up! We have 8 boards, to book class please click going!

SUN-GAZING Meditation Paddle

Our class Starts with an on-land demo and SUP 101 to ensure everyone is comfortable with their equipment before ever getting on the water. Our class will paddle the cove and finish our paddle in a calm location where we will experience a blissful sunset with a guided sun gazing meditation. What is sun gazing you may ask? There’s a short window of time at sunrise and sunset where it’s safe to briefly look at the sun, we will start at 20/30 seconds. In doing this we decalcify our pineal gland which has several benefits such as; boosting your immune system, enhancing energy, improves sleep, increases melatonin and serotonin. The sun is a force of life and staring at it can infuse the body with large amounts of energy.

We begin all of our classes with an on-land demo and SUP 101 to ensure everyone is comfortable with their equipment before ever getting on the water. Our class will paddle the cove while enjoying wine and a sunset at the end! All equipment is included 11 boards open $30 per board.
